In Phantom State, **vehicles are tools, weapons, and lifelines** — but they must be used within the bounds of realism and RP integrity. Whether you’re drifting through Vinewood or fleeing the scene, the Phantom watches how you drive.

#### 🔧 Mechanic Abilities – Keep It Clean

* **Mechanics may not use their tools, menus, or repair powers** during criminal activity — ever.
  * This includes **repairing getaway vehicles**, **spawning items**, or providing **unfair roadside support**.
  * If you’re clocked in, stay legal. If you’re dirty, stay out of the garage.
  * This does not include using a repair kit to fix your vehicle when out of line of sight.

#### 🏔️ Unrealistic Driving is Forbidden

Phantom State isn’t Fast & Furious — it’s immersive RP.

* **No mountain-climbing with city cars.**
* **No launching sedans off skyscrapers or bridges.**
* **If it wouldn’t work IRL, don’t do it here**.

**🛞 Off-Roading Rules:**

* Only allowed with **legitimate off-road vehicles equipped with appropriate tires**.
* Keep it believable. Your coupe isn’t conquering Mt. Chiliad.

#### 🧍‍♂️ Vehicle Escort / Carry

* Drivers may **not “carry” or escort players** while operating a vehicle.
  * This includes **dragging, pulling, or kidnapping players** using vehicle mechanics outside of proper animations or scripts.
  * If you can’t see them in the seat, they’re not in the car.

#### 🔄 Flipping Vehicles – Do It Right

* No using other vehicles to **flip upside-down cars unrealistically**.
* Use **`/flipvehicle`** **only after everyone exits** the vehicle.
* Flipping should look intentional, not like a cartoon gag.

#### 🏍️ Stunt Jumps – Rule of 5

Stunt jumps can look cool — **if used wisely**.

**✅ Free Roam:**

* Freestyle jumps **are allowed for fun** outside of crime/pursuit scenes.

**🚨 Police Chases:**

* Jumps are only allowed if **3 or more officers** are actively pursuing.
* Jumps must be:
  * **Within city limits**
  * **No more than 5 total** per chase
  * **No canyon/mountain/dam jumps or full-sends** outside of populated areas
  * Excessive or wild stunt RP = **Reckless Endangerment charges** or admin consequences.

#### 🚓 Theft of Emergency Vehicles

* You **can steal emergency vehicles** (police cars, ambulances, fire trucks).
* Doing so will lead to **serious in-character charges** if caught.
* RP the theft properly — no joyriding EMS trucks for trolling.
