# 📩 Reporting Players

1. Phantom State thrives when its citizens **respect the laws of RP** — and when they **hold each other accountable** the right way. Whether you’ve witnessed a rulebreak or feel something’s off, there’s a proper path to resolution.

   #### 🧾 Reporting a Player

   * All reports must be made using the **official Discord ticket system**.
   * Include **clear details**, timestamps, **names**, and any **supporting evidence** (clips, screenshots, etc.).
   * Reports without context or proof may be closed without action.
   * If it’s not in a ticket, it’s not official.

   #### 👮 Reporting Staff Members

   Believe a staff member overstepped? The city takes that seriously.

   * Submit a **ticket** just like any other report.
   * The issue will be reviewed privately by the **Staff Manager and Developer team**.
   * Your identity and claims will be handled **confidentially and professionally**.

   #### 📬 No DMs to Staff

   * **Do not privately message staff** to report players or ask for help.
   * Staff DMs may be ignored, redirected to tickets, or deleted outright.
   * We use tickets to ensure **accountability, transparency, and proper documentation**.
   * Multiple instances of DMing staff may be punishable up to and including a ban from city.
