# 🎭 Quality of Roleplay (QoR)

The Phantom doesn’t just demand roleplay — it demands **quality**. Every action, every line, every choice shapes the world around you. The rules below ensure that RP stays immersive, respectful, and meaningful for everyone.

#### 🧾 Identity in Custody

If you're **detained or jailed** and asked for your name — **you must provide one, even if its not yours**!

Characters don’t suddenly forget who they are in cuffs. Refusing to provide a name without RP justification is **FailRP**.

#### 🏥 No Hospital Camping

Avoid lurking around **hospitals post-scenes** unless you have a legitimate reason to be there.

Let medical RP breathe — give space for EMS scenes to play out organically.

#### 🚓 Respect for PD & EMS Roleplay

* Law Enforcement and Medical staff **deserve thoughtful, cooperative RP**.
* Don’t treat these roles like NPCs or speed bumps.
* DO NOT rush EMS for revives or troll PD for quick chases. ( NO cop baiting)

#### 🔫 Shooting Cops = Major Consequence

Pulling a gun on a cop should never be casual.

* You need **solid RP justification** to shoot at police.
* "I didn’t want to get arrested" is **not** a valid excuse.
* Actions against PD should carry **realistic risk and narrative consequence**.

#### 🩸 Torture RP Requires Consent

Torture RP is dark and intense — and it requires **clear consent**.

* The victim must **/me consent** or **/me deny** the scene **promptly**.
* Do not stall or force participation.
* If denied, the scene must **end or change direction immediately**.

#### 🏠 Property Rights

You **may not force or coerce** a player to **sell or give up property** (homes, businesses, garages, etc.) against their will.

* Robbery and extortion RP can happen — but **property transfer must be voluntary**.
* No one can "bully" ownership out of another player.

#### 🚑 Emergency Services Are Off Limits

* Do **not disrupt EMS or PD** while they’re performing active medical or arrest duties.
* Let responders do their jobs without interference, harassment, or clown RP.<br>

#### 👮 Impersonation of Emergency Services

* **Impersonating** EMS, PD, or Fire is **strictly prohibited**.
* **Stealing their vehicles** is allowed **IC**, but you’ll face serious **in-character charges** and likely federal time.

#### 🧠 Post-Hospital Reset

After you press **‘E’ at the hospital**, your character is considered **recovered with memory loss** of the prior event.

* **You may not return** to the prior RP scenario **for at least 30 minutes**.
* No looting, revenge, or investigation — your memory of the incident is gone.

#### 🐛 Bugs & Exploits

* **Never use a bug or exploit to your advantage.**
* If you encounter one, **report it via Discord** immediately, you may even be rewarded!
* Disrupting live RP to showcase bugs, glitch out of situations, or flex a broken mechanic will result in punishment.
* **Backpacks and other bags SHOULDN'T BE "STACKED"** - This means do not put a bag inside a bag! Once the system is finished we will auto wipe all bags that have a bag inside of them, you WILL lose everything!<br>
