# 💸 Donations & Custom Content Policy

Phantom State thrives because of its citizens — and we appreciate every contribution that helps the city grow. However, **supporting the server does not mean bypassing the grind**. This policy outlines how **donations**, **custom requests**, and **exclusive content** are handled in a fair and immersive way.

#### 🎁 General Policy

* **All donations are final and NON-REFUNDABLE.**
* If there’s an issue, open a ticket and staff will work to resolve it fairly.
* Being banned for violating server rules **does not entitle you to a refund** — accountability applies to all players, regardless of donor status.

#### 👕 Custom Clothing & Assets

* Bringing **organization or personal clothing** into the city requires **signing an official agreement** via the Phantom State ticket system.
* Once added, **all donations and assets become the property of Phantom State** for city-wide balance and long-term preservation.
* **Lifetime usage rights** must be granted for any submitted assets (clothing, vehicles, props, etc.).

#### **🛠️ Requesting New Assets (Maps, Vehicles, etc.)**

If you'd like a **map, vehicle, or other asset added to the city** (for public use), you must cover the **full developer cost** of the asset, including:

* Purchase of the asset from the original creator or marketplace
* Any applicable licensing or usage fees
* Transfer and upload to the **XNet\_Solutions CFX account**
* Once added, the asset becomes **property of Phantom State** and is managed by the development team for server-wide use.

#### 🧾 Continued Use Agreements

* Org owners must sign a **digital agreement** to retain access to custom content, especially if an org disbands or leaves.
* Content created or funded for your org stays in the city — **it becomes part of the RP world** and does not follow individuals or groups outside it.

#### ⚖️ Content Management & Discretion

Phantom State reserves the right to **remove or retire donated content** at any time to maintain:

* RP balance
* Server performance
* Fair access to resources
* This includes clothing, vehicles, interiors, and scripts — especially when no leave notice is given before an extended absence.

#### 💬 Reminder: No Pay-to-Win

While we may show appreciation for supporters with **unique, cosmetic, or RP-enhancing items**, **you cannot purchase power**.

* **No in-game money, weapons, or advantages** may be bought.
* All content, even donor perks, must fit naturally within the world and must also be able to **earn it through RP**.
* VIP Menu purchases will require VIP Coin & in game cash! **You still have to work for what you want, just not AS hard.**

#### 💸 **VIP Rewards**

The VIP menu is only for Higher Quality & Unique Vehicles, they DON'T overpower anything else, someone else doesn't already have, they just look way cooler and are unique in design. **You can buy or EARN VIP COIN just by playing the game!** The conversion rate for credits is 1000c to $1 USD.

* Playtime Rewards = 50c / full hour
* Job Rewards = 25c / successful task
* Crime Minigames = 25c / successful hack
* Prison Rewards = 50c / job task complete
* Sidejob Rewards = 75c / successful task
