In Phantom State, **information is power** — but it must be earned **in-character**, not stolen through OOC methods. These rules protect the **integrity of RP** and ensure every interaction feels real.

#### 🧍‍♂️ Character Separation

Your characters are **completely unaware** of each other’s existence.

* You **cannot transfer items, money, or knowledge** between your own characters.
* **Shared storage lockers, stashes, or keys** between your characters are not allowed.
* Each character must have their **own identity, backstory, and path** — no crossover, no exceptions.
* **Violation = full character wipe or ban.**

#### 🚫 Advertising & Cyber Threats

* **No advertising** of other servers, Discords, or communities — whether in-character or out-of-character.
* **Malicious links, exploits, or cyber threats** will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
* Phantom State is a **safe and focused space**. We do not tolerate disloyalty or hostility to the community.

#### 🔇 External Communications

**Using outside tools to coordinate during roleplay is strictly forbidden.**

* Discord, IRL phones, voice chat apps (Skype, Teamspeak, etc.), or anything **outside the city** cannot be used to pass IC information.
* This includes telling your friend you’re getting pulled over, sending GPS, or relaying who robbed you **unless it happens in-character**.
* **Using third-party communication to cheat RP is considered META and will be punished harshly.**

#### 📷 Screenshots & Recordings (Body Cams)

* **Recordings and screenshots = body cam footage** in RP.
* If someone uses **/me breaks body cam** or destroys it through RP, any footage captured **after that moment is void** and **cannot be used IC**.
* Exceptions:
  * Footage used to report **rule violations** to staff on Discord is always valid.
  * If the cam was never "broken" or destroyed during RP, the footage is fair game for use in court or police work.
  * Body cam abuse or after-the-fact meta use of recordings will be punished.
